# Set different work hours for different days

Select weekdays, apply different hours to each group, and disable individual days without pausing the whole schedule.

## How do I set Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm and finish earlier on Friday?

1.  Open **Dashboard → Work Hours → Edit**.
2.  Select Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. **None** clears an existing selection; **Weekdays** selects Monday–Friday, so check Friday is not included in this first edit.
3.  Set **From** to 9:00am and **To** to 5:00pm. Set the optional lunch break if wanted.
4.  Choose **Apply to 4 days**.
5.  Open Edit again, select Friday only, set its hours, and choose **Apply to 1 day**.
6.  Check the day rows, time zone, and main Work Hours switch.

Changes enable the selected days; unselected days keep their settings. To turn only Friday off, use Friday’s switch and leave the main Work Hours switch on for the other days. The schedule repeats until changed; disabling Friday is not a dated one-day holiday.
