# Request account deletion

Request account deletion through Support, distinguish it from disconnection or cancellation, and understand billing-record retention.

## How do I delete my account and is there a Profile button?

Request full Idle Pilot account deletion through **Support** or email **[support@idlepilot.com](mailto:support@idlepilot.com)** from your account email. On desktop, Support is under your name/email at the bottom left; on mobile it is under **Profile → Support**. Explain that you want the Idle Pilot account deleted, not just the workplace disconnected or the subscription cancelled.

Profile currently has no Delete account button. If future renewal also needs stopping, use **Manage subscription** and make that need explicit. **Dashboard → Switch → Remove** only disconnects the workplace. The privacy policy allows retention of legally required billing records. Ask for confirmation of the request’s scope and completion; a bot explanation alone is not confirmation of deletion. Never send passwords or sign-in links as proof.
