# Reconnect Teams from a computer

Reconnect Teams in desktop Chrome or Edge, choose the intended account, and check Work Hours after the connected confirmation.

## What do I do when I see Re-link Microsoft Teams?

Use a computer with Chrome or Edge. Sign in to your intended account at [https://teams.cloud.microsoft/](https://teams.cloud.microsoft/) in that browser profile and let it load. In Idle Pilot, choose **Re-link Microsoft Teams** on Dashboard, then choose **Microsoft Teams**. For the browser route, choose **Browser extension → Use the extension** if a method choice appears. If asked, use **Get the extension** to install and enable it in this browser profile, or **Update extension** to update it, then return to Idle Pilot. If **Select a Microsoft Teams account** appears, select the intended account and choose **Connect account**. Wait for **Microsoft Teams is connected**, choose **Continue**, and review Work Hours and the dashboard status.

You cannot finish workplace linking on a phone; use the desktop handoff or sign in on the computer. Do not buy another plan to reconnect. If Microsoft asks you to sign in again, complete that normal sign-in first. If a fresh connection is still rejected, contact Support rather than repeatedly retrying or bypassing workplace restrictions.
