# Understand unused time and cancellation

Read the partial-period refund policy, cancel future renewal, and pause Work Hours separately if you want presence to stop now.

## Can I get a refund for unused paid days?

The published terms say sales are final and do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. Cancelling renewal leaves access until the end of the period already paid. For a particular billing concern, use **Support** or [hi@idlepilot.com](mailto:hi@idlepilot.com); no exception is confirmed until human support says so.

To cancel on a computer, choose your name/email at the **bottom left → Manage subscription**. On a phone use **Profile → Manage subscription**. Finish the cancellation steps and check the Dashboard ending confirmation/date. If you want presence to stop before that date, also switch Work Hours off. If you already removed your workplace and are back on the connection screen, the account menu and Profile navigation are unavailable there. Use the support launcher or email [hi@idlepilot.com](mailto:hi@idlepilot.com) to ask for cancellation help. Ask for explicit confirmation; a chat request alone does not confirm cancellation.
