# Stop daily schedule emails

Turn off Schedule activity emails in Notification settings while keeping Work Hours, Activity, and essential account notices.

## How do I stop start/end-of-day schedule emails?

1.  Open **Notifications** in the sidebar on desktop or the **bell icon** on mobile.
2.  Choose the **gear** labelled **Notification settings**.
3.  Turn **Schedule activity** off.
4.  Wait for it to save; there is no separate Save button.

That stops the daily schedule-start/end emails. Dashboard and Activity still show schedule information. It does not pause Work Hours, cancel billing, or erase existing notifications. If **Couldn't save. Please try again.** appears, restore your connection, retry, and check the switch. Other optional email categories have their own switches; **Critical account alerts** and **Billing notices** remain Always on.
