Pause presence without cancelling the subscription
Turn Work Hours off or disable a weekday, keep saved hours, and understand why pausing presence does not cancel billing.

How do I stop being kept active now?
On Dashboard, turn the main Work Hours switch off. This pauses Idle Pilot without deleting saved hours or cancelling paid renewal. To exclude one day, switch only that day off and leave the main switch on. Slack/Teams then handles availability normally; your own activity can still make it look active. If you need Away, pause Work Hours before choosing Away in the workplace app.
Signing out of Idle Pilot or closing the browser does not stop a saved active schedule. Switch → Remove disconnects the workplace but does not cancel billing. To stop paid renewal, use bottom-left name/email on desktop or Profile on mobile → Manage subscription, finish cancellation, and verify the ending banner/date.
