Understand the trial and first payment
Learn when the no-card trial starts, how the connection bonus works, and how to review monthly or yearly billing before buying.
Last updated:
When does the trial start and will I be charged automatically?
The standard no-card trial starts at the first successful Slack/Teams connection, not at signup. It lasts 3 days, or 7 days if that connection succeeds within 3 hours of signup. Check the trial banner on Dashboard for your account’s remaining time.
There is no automatic charge from a no-card trial. You pay only if you actively buy a subscription. Without paid access, scheduled presence stops after the trial and saved hours remain. Reconnecting or switching normally does not give a fresh trial. To buy, choose Subscribe to keep access on desktop or Subscribe on mobile, or See pricing if that is the action shown on Dashboard. Select Monthly or Yearly and review checkout. The plan dialog initially selects Yearly, so choose Monthly explicitly if wanted.
